One-on-one and small-group sessions designed around the individual player.
Every player has a next step. Private training is how you get there faster — focused reps, direct feedback, and a plan built around what your player needs most.
One-on-one and small-group sessions are available with Coach Nolan, Coach Rick, and Coach Alex, who together bring over 15 years of combined coaching experience. Private training focuses on individual skill development, position-specific work, and match preparation — the details that team practice does not always have time for.
Private training works for players at every level. It is not just for the top competitive athletes — it is for any player who wants to grow. Common reasons families choose private sessions:
First touch, close control, and confidence with both feet under pressure.
Technique, placement, and decision-making in the final third.
Weight of pass, timing, and scanning the field before you receive.
Positioning, body shape, and reading the game to win the ball back.
Distribution, footwork, positioning, and shot-stopping fundamentals.
Reading play, tactical decisions, and playing your position at a higher level.
Sport-specific conditioning that translates directly to match performance.
Targeted sessions leading up to competitive tryouts or high school selections.
A single player and a coach. Fully personalized to that player's goals, weaknesses, and current level. This is the fastest way to see focused improvement.
Sessions are typically 45 to 60 minutes and can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or in block series leading up to a specific goal (tryouts, showcase, high school season).
Two to four players training together. Great for teammates who want to grow together, siblings, or friends at a similar skill level. Adds competitive reps and game-realistic pressure while keeping the coaching personal.
Small-group sessions are more affordable per player and often produce faster tactical growth thanks to the live opponent element.
Coach Rick, Coach Nolan, and Coach Alex lead our private training program. All three bring years of coaching experience — Nolan and Alex are former collegiate athletes and college graduates, and Rick serves as our Director of Coaching and Technical Director. Every private session is led by a coach who understands how to develop players, not just run drills.
